2-Year Football & Education Programme
Admissions Process
Here you will find your step-by-step guide to help with your application.
Before you begin your application, please note this is a paid educational programme serving as an alternative to a college and sixth form education in the UK. This is NOT a free academy.
STEP 1
Submit Your Application Form and Supporting Documents
To apply, you will need to complete our application form and submit via email with your supporting documents.

Please complete the form online and save as a PDF. Alternatively, we can accept a printed and scanned copy, sent over via email.
2. Supporting Documents
Scanned documents to attach:
1. Scanned copy of passport
2. Copy of most recent transcripts / reports from previous or current school
3. Copy of public examination results
4. Copy of IELTS certificate (for Tier 4 General visa applicants)

This is designed to assist the applicant in an understanding of the VISA Application Information, Documentation & Processes involved.
*Please note: The HMRC website has been used to assist in the development of creating this document and therefore the latest data and information has been collated at the time of writing this document.

STEP 3
Assessments for Non UK Residents
International students must complete specific assessments before being accepted onto our UK based course to ensure a smooth transition and compatibility with our programme requirements.

This includes:
​
1. Undertaking the CAT (Common Ability Test).
2. A review of qualifications and / or school references.
3. English language assessment.
4. Video interview with Pitsford Independent School to ascertain suitability for the the course - parents are invited and encouraged to attend.
STEP 5
Payment of Deposit to Secure Your Place on the Course
To secure the provisional course offer, the applicant needs to confirm their acceptance via email or letter and submit the required enrolment deposit and administration fee as per our terms and conditions.

STEP 6
Applying for Your Visa
Applicant will be supplied with a reference number (called a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS)) once they’ve been offered a place on the course.
PLEASE NOTE: You will need a CAS before you can apply for your visa.
STEP 7
Outstanding Balance Payment Due
Once the deposit and administration fee has been received, you will receive your official offer letter, along with an invoice for the remaining balance.

We have three payment options:
​
1. Full Payment (full upfront payment)
2. Twice Yearly Payments (2 payments per year)
3. Termly Payments (3 payments per year)

STEP 8
Welcome to the Programme
Upon accepting your place and finalising your payment arrangement, you will be officially enrolled in the programme. We will be in touch with more information before September and eagerly anticipate welcoming you at the start of the term.
